Excessive logging of ecc mstragent and mhragent

I'm seeing a number of our HPUX 11.11 systems recently having /usr file system capacity problems and I've tracked it down to log files in the directories
/usr/ecc/exec/MHR600 and
/usr/ecc/exec/MHR500

Is there a method to reduce the logging of these processes?
/usr/ecc/exec/mstragent
and
/usr/ecc/exec/MHR600/mhragent

Evidently this is from the EMC storage environment?
