fcmsutil & swlist - FibrChanl driver version mismatch

Dear Admins,

Recently we had installed Fibre channel driver in our HP-UX 11.23 servers. After the installation in some of the servers the swlist command and fcmsutil command shows difference in the driver versions.

Driver : FibrChanl-01_B.11.23.1009_HP-UX_B.11.23_IA_PA.depot

Was there any warning or errors after the driver update? Have you checked swagent log ?

check what what model of card do you have and here is the link to the fibre channel drivers.

To install FibrChanl-01, you will need to install FibrChanl00 first.

Sorry for the delayed response.

I haven't observed any error after the driver update. I have checked the swagent log and no abnormalities found.

I have observed that the servers which are having the 2007 drivers, fcmsutil is updated and working fine. Only for the 2005 onces we are facing the issue.
