ftp and telnet configuration files

I have a Rx7620 machine running HP-UX 11.23.

Where are the ftp and telnet configuration files are located?

see file /etc/inetd.conf for telnet and ftp both.

for ftp you can check /etc/ftpd folder for more configuration files.
