HELP > LINUX (LINEX) RECORDING PROBLEM

Hi,

We are currently looking to develop an education CD-ROM with Flash and Director. THis is for the UK market but we also need it to work on Linex ~(spanish version of linux) The main problem we are encountering is that there is no record function that will work with flash on Linux or Linex.

Does anyone know how we can get around this, by still using flash? or how easy it will be to create a plugin, etc.

Cheers,

Re: HELP > LINUX (LINEX) RECORDING PROBLEM

Linux is one of the kernels of the GNU OS. You need not have Flash to record under GNU/Linux. First you master the CD using the program `mkisofs'. Flash and Director are `non-free' programs. Once you have mastered your CD, you can burn a CD-R/RW with `cdrecord'. You actually burn the .iso image generated by `mkisofs' with `cdrecord'. I believe that I have answered a small part of what you meant.
