I have a form to send away to France to get an update from HP for 11.31
What is contained in this - the full updated OS DVD's or just the updates?

Ivan is saying it does include the OE.

The link doesn't specify if it is or not.....

I'm not sure, in the previous versions you only received the patch updates (depots).

I can't remember getting the 11i OE Installation dvd for free!

It is a complete set - I received mine last week.

You can also go to "Maintenance and support for hp products" and "Software Update Manager" and request them that way.

How long did it take for your CD kit to arrive ?
I sent away the form 3 weeks ago...still nothing

When we ask for a cd in Israel we get it in less than 10 days. Thats about the same as in the US if my pea brain molecules function correctly.

You can't download the Core OS so you merely have to wait.

If you used the ITRC website SUM feature, you can check the progress of your order. Sometimes there are production delays.

I believe I got mine in 1 week.

You can check the status of your request in the "Software Update Manager".

Maybe it takes longer in France?
