Yes I am in the product which have some kernel space code in it . And I am going to write a psuedo driver , which need this info ..

Why don't you try out the book "inside the HPUX operating system" (HP courseware). This will definitely help you out.

That link is for 11i v1, which is what I'm concerned with, but I'm sure they have similar documentation for 11i v3.

They also have a Driver Developers' Kit which is a package of documentation and development and test tools.
