I need to have the License (or Certification) to install the HP-UX on Itanium? I need after the installation HP-UX active?

If I understood your query,

Your trying to install HPUX and asking whether It needs any license right,

Sure it requires a license, which would have come with the product hardware purchase.
with this for additonal softwares, there is one more option called CODEWORDS.

These are all the license related things for installation.
