Install REDHAT 9.0 on ML350

Hi, I get iusses installing RH9 on my ML350.
When I specify the installation process that I install RH9 using CDROM I get this error:
"Please insert the RedHat9 cdrom in the unit"
I notice that the led of the cdrom is blinck when I press enter to confirm that the cdrom is in.. but the system goes on to tell me the same error ... "Insert the RH cdrom"
What can I do!?!?

You need a special floppy installation disk which contains a 'patched' installation kernel.
