No, there isn't. I'd bet you want Caliper (http://www.hp.com/go/caliper). [PA's closest tool is Prospect, there's a link on the Caliper page].

PerfMon is a Windows tool - the closest thing to it on HP-UX is glance:

Perfmon also happens to be the name of a library/interface in linux that is used by Caliper and/or PAPI-based (IIRC) HW profiling tools in later kernels.

So, in what context were you hearing about "perfmon" and what were you expecting to do with it? That would help us get you pointed in the correct direction.
