LC2000 and RedHat 7.1 (Kernel 2.4.2) and Emulex LP8000

Anybody had done this Setup
Netserver LC2000,
RedHat 7.1 with Kernel 2.4.2
and Emulex FC HBA - LP8000

I am having problem to get Emulex up and see the VA7400 disk.

The case referred to a VA7100 but I think the solution I gave may be applicable to you.

Check the kernel configurations and let me know whether it works or not.
