ldapclientd does not start
Hello,
I have installed LDAP-UX Client and it worked properly. But now its not possible to start /opt/ldapux/bin/ldapclientd.
downloading the Profile is also not possibe. It returnes: "PFMERR 5: Downloading profile entry failed!"
I have currently 4 HPUX Systems attached to the Windows 2003 server R2, 1 is working fine but the rest have the problem mentioned above.
the configuration files are all the same.
please help :)
regards
Daniel

Re: ldapclientd does not start
some additions:
when i try to start the ldapclientd it returnes no error but the deamon process does not start(checked with "ps -ef|grep -i ldap").
when i start the ldapclientd with the -d 511 option the are no error messages shown in the syslog.
"/opt/ldapux/config/ldap_proxy_config -v" shows the following error:
"Internal error: fail to initialize ldap_common"
regards
Daniel
