LH3000 + HP FCA2101 ?
Dear All ,
Does LH3000 +HP FCA 2101 support RedHat AS3 ?
Any one have be done before ?
I check on HP website, FCA 2101 only support on NT /WIN2K .Possible work on Redhat Linux ?

You might find a version or flavor or red hat that works.
Just because HP didn't certify it does not mean it will NOT work.
But you need to know your hardware, NIC and especially video and disk subsystems and see that they are supported and relatively standard.
Then try it.
I would not bother trying this on a system that you need to rely on. If its going to do production work, you are much better off with certified hardware.
If you are learning or experimenting, I believe you should give it a try.

The server it's self should work fine with Linux, as all of the onboard controllers should be supported 'out of the box'.
However, that fibre HBA (FCA-2101) doesn't appear to have any drivers for linux, so it won't work in Linux.
