Max Logical volume and file system size.

Hi guys,
i have Hpux 11.00 with:
OnlineJFS B.11.00
HP-UX General Release Patches, March 2001
HP-UX Hardware Enablement and Critical Patches, March 2001
Quality Pack for HP-UX 11.00, March 2004
HPUX 11.00 Support Tools Bundle, Mar 2004
I need to create a logical volume and file system ov 2 TB.
Is it possible? What is the limit for this scenario?

In the document there is a table that fix for my scenario tha max size at 1 TB, but is a soft limit. In the NOTE i find that:

Note: Although it may be possible to create files or file systems larger than the
documented limits, HP does not support such files and file systems, and the results of
using them may be unpredictable. HP supports large file systems that can be as big as 40
TB only.
