env: hpux itanium 11.31

aCC version: A.06.29

a library link error occurred when compiling a third-party(ace framework) program..

ld: Unsatisfied symbol "std::nothrow" in fil libACE.so

what is the problem?

there is no answer even if i search google many time...

looks to be some issue with libraries, it would be better if HPE support can  contacted.
