Hi Ragesh:
Essentially not unless you re-install. Primary device swap must occupy contiguous physical disk extents so finding (or making contiguous extents by moving 'lvol3' extents "outward" is tedious.
Most importantly, there is nothing "better" about primary swap than secondary device swap. If you need more swap space, simply add secondary device swap. There are many, many threads that describe this and argue the best configurations. Simply search these forums!
