Can you tell us at least what distribution of Linux you use. You question lacks the detail required for a precise answer.

For mass installation you can use Red Hat kickstart, for cloning linux system - Mondo/Mindi rescue, Ghost and so on.

To use with any linux distro, use System Imager:
