Unable to Delete user account on UOC v2.3

hello everyone.

we are using UOC v2.3. we have users list sync from Active Directory, and using Keycloak for authentication.

there are so many users who dont even have any role to access UOC workspaces. we want to delete theses users so we can keep track of active users and the ones we provided the roles to.

any suggestion is appreciated.

Regards,

Veer

Hi @Vector2 ,

Can you please let us know which HPE Product you are referring to so that the post can be directed to the correct board.

Thanks,

Re: Unable to Delete user account on UOC v2.3

Hi Parvez,

HPE Product is UOC (Unified OSS Console) which is integrated with TeMIP (Telecommunication management and information Plateform) for collection of telecom alarms and using UCA (unified corelation analyzer).

UOC is used for analysing the alarm trend and statistics and network performance.
