3PAR 7400 4-Node: OS upgrade files???

3PAR 7400 4-Node: OS upgrade files???

Howdy Folks,

 

I have a 7400-4node I am trying to upgrade to the latest OS. After HOURS of searching, im reaching the conclusion that I cannot get access to the files needed to perform the upgrade.

 

Does this OS upgrade HAVE  to be performed by HP technicians? (we are an HP 3PAR certified business)

Hi

if you have a valid HP contract for the 3PAR you should be able to download all files from

https://h20575.www2.hp.com/tsusbportal/index.do?lc=EN_US

you need an HP passport and valid contarct SAID.

HP support should be notified of the upgrade.
