3par RMH dose not show the virtual machines

Hello 

I just recently installed the RMH (recovery manger for hyper-v) I have met all the requirment, but when I import the hyper v hosts it dose not show the virtual machines on the hosts.

any idea or solution to solve this issue?

Hi,

Greetings from HPE Host application team.

Looks like your are having Hyper-V clusters and trying to add host using Hyper-V host name instead of the cluster name.

Could you please contact HPE Support and raise one SFDC case to work on this issue ?  Please move the case directly to us using program pin – 3PAR 3SC Breakfix queue.

Please provide brief description of the issue in the case and provide us the screenshot of the error to understand the issue and to proceed further. 

Once we receive the case, we will join the VR room and assist you further to fix this issue.
