Exchange Recovery Manager Restore Errors: Start Index
Hi Everyone,
I am trying to help a customer in Sweden with doing a Point of Failure restores. The are getting the following error: start index can not be larger than lenght of string. Parameter name: start index. I also took a screen shot of the error it is attached. They have no issue restoring point of time forks fine. Can someone help with this please. Thanks in advance.

Customer just send me an update that may help with this also. He says the policy to delete the Virtual Copies not working.
Hi,
I have found some other things.
- I created a policy for expiration of Virtual Copies but they never expire.
- Then we found a lot of empty folders (81 folders) created on mailbox server in C:\
I guess those folders are related to HP RME.
