HPE 3Par File Persona - shares disappear from time to time, and users need to re-authenticate

HI,

 

We are using the HPE 3Par File Persona software on a 2 node HPE 3Par 8400. The 3Par is running 3.3.1.410 (MU2) with patches P32, P40, P45, P51, P52, P60, P76, P78, P80. It is using AD for authentication. with UID/GID Mapping disabled. On occassion the shares disappear, i.e. they are no longer visible to the clients. From time to time the clients also get a Microsoft connection login screen whereby they have to re login in to connect to the  the File shares.

The storage is connected to Infosight, but it is reporting nothing.

If anybody can suggest what maybe causing this behaviour it would be appreciated.
