Remove Outdated disks from 3 PAR

Hi, we have a requirement now to replace roughly 18 disks that doesnt meet the quality standards to newly updated disk drives. Its an initiative from HP that this needs to be done. What are the steps or commands do I need to follow to evacuate an active disk and replace it with a new one. The model is 8200.

If you are replacing disks with a larger size, you can use servicemag.
