System Reporter for FPG (srstatfsfpg) field meanings

Most of the system reporter fields are pretty self explanitory, but the file provisioning group performance fields are a bit different than what I was working with (pd, vv, port). While I understand most of the fields, I'm a bit confused on the definition of "average ReadLatency" / "average WriteLatency".

What period of time/unit is this expressed in? Average over then entire time frame(in this case, 5 minutes), or per minute? In milliseconds/microseconds?

3par cli% srstatfsfpg -attime -btsecs 1586365290 -groupby FPG_ID
Time: 2020-04-08 12:05:00 CDT (1586365500)

Hello Mark,

The latencies displayed is  average per minute (for the entire time frame). And they are in milli seconds.
