ABOUT UPS input power(J4367A , A1354A , A1357A)
Hello every one
My customer already have UPS ,but they buy
new UPS from HP.
Can I connect HP power trust to customer's
UPS?
It means that HP server connect to HP UPS,and
HP UPS connect to customer's UPS.
Thanks

Re: ABOUT UPS input power(J4367A , A1354A , A1357A)
Hi Public,
It is not recommended to have two ups after each other. If your custommer has a central ups you should bypass the one on the server.
Hope this helps,
Robert-Jan

Re: ABOUT UPS input power(J4367A , A1354A , A1357A)
Hi,
There must be a reason for why the customer has bought another UPS. If the existing UPS is already near max. load it is no good idea to connect another UPS to it.
