Adding addtional CPUs for rp4440

Hi All
We have a rp4440 server with running version hp-ux 11 v1.Currently two physical CPU are available in the server and two free CPU slots are available. Now we need to add one physical CPU in order to increase 2 no of processors( As dual core.

Anyway, is it possible to add only one physically CPU, or else do we need to add both physically CPU same time.

You don't really apply any license to the system itself. It is more buying maintenance and OS licenses for the CPUs.
