BMC..? GSP..? wht the difference..?

Sorry for this newbie question but i don't really understand what is BMC, it's the same thing as the GSP..?

BMC is considered the system version. The firmware updates add support for hardware drivers and components. They fix hardware issues at a hardware ROM level.

GSP is Guardian Service Processor version. GSP allows you to configure ports, and other system management processes.

ok..so if i understand..BMC is the same thing as the PDC..?

It is: PDC is the standard for PA systems and it seems that BMC is now for IA systems.
