Boot on fiber channel disk
I want to know werther one of you experiments booting on a disk of fiber channel disk array such as XP or EVA. I think it is a metter of the PDC firmware. I couldn't find any information about that. Can you help me please.

I assume you talk about HP-UX servers.
Booting from EVA disks, using single path is not any problem. I do this on some of our test servers. Have not managed booting on dual path, using Secure Path (despite it should be supported from version 3D).
Have not tried XP arrays but, I don't belive it should be very different from EVA.

Mu experiment is to do replication over Continuous Access CA XP or CA EVA. So that, i can boot with more or less the same image on another distant machine.
