Built-in SCSI interface in rp5470 good enough to host Ultra320 15K rpm drives

My account rep came back saying if I were adding additional SCSI cards to the server, only EXTERNAL disks can be used on them. In other words, the four internal drives will not be able to re-wired to hook up with any add-on SCSI cards, is this right?

Philip,

IMHO if you connect the internal drives to an add-on SCSI card, you will be running an _unsupported_ configuration...

Moreover, we're all still waiting for the U320 SCSI HBA to be officially available (think it is supposed to be A7173A).
