Cant detect 550Mhz Processor

Hi,

I have A3639A model server. N-Class rp7400.

I have installed 4x550Mhz processor and during startup and in SAM .

the processor speed still 440Mhz.

Any solution on this?

Have you checked the dip switch settings ??

Sorry i didnot notice that... A3639A Rev.A supports only 440Mhz, if you need to use the 550Mhz cpu then u need to have Rev.B system board.

Several I/O cards are only supported with certain server models.

From experience I can also attest to the REV B or higher system board.
