Hi,
have a look at this doc.
Title: HP-UX: STM reports an Event 2 from dm_raid_adapter as CRITICAL
Document ID: emr_na-c00925433-2
US
http://www1.itrc.hp.com/service/cki/docDisplay.do?docLocale=en&docId=emr_na-c00925433-2
Europe
http://www4.itrc.hp.com/service/cki/docDisplay.do?docLocale=en&docId=emr_na-c00925433-2
Check if you have the latest stm version.

Re: CISS: RAID160 SA adapter is now online.
hi,
Basically robert jan's link tells you this was a known problem with earlier versions of STM and there EMS.
The fix was available and came out in dec2005 version of OnlineDiagnostics. You currently have the dec2003 version installed and this is too old for the card. A.43.00
http://docs.hp.com/en/diag/stm/stm_upd.htm#table
It also has reference to the latest HWE bundle aswell.
But if you updated your existing STM to more upto date you should fix it, but also worth checking your other bundles aswell?
