D380 can't see disk from EVA5K

I have made a copy of the boot disk on D380 to EVA5K, but after reboot I get error

Trying primary boot path
Not a Valid Boot Path

Then i issued : BOot
Trying to find possible boot devices ..

And I didn't see device path of my disk from EVA5k.
What should I do to make my D380 see disk from EVA5k?
Maybe firmware upgrade needed?

Re: D380 can't see disk from EVA5K

Hi Igor,

What kind of Fibre Channel are you using and on which HPUX version?

Uf I look at the latest firmware for the D380 it should be possible to boot from a san.

PF_CULU3840:
Firmware revision 38.40 adds the following fixes and enhancements:
- Supports boot from Fibre Channel.

Re: D380 can't see disk from EVA5K

The same problem with the additional LAN card - it cant be seen while booting. I can see only Built-IN LAN card.
But after OS booted, I can see both the LAN Card and HBA, they work normally.
