ds2405 on K580
Hi,
We need more disk space on a K580 & we´re planning to buy some disk system in order to do it. we have some FC cards A3404A and we want to connect to a ds2405 but it doesnt seem to be supported. Hp told us to put some HSC FC cards A6685A instead. We have another problem with the topolgy 'cause we need to connect 2 servers with two a6685A each into the same ds2405, is this solution suported? Any other suggestio

Re: ds2405 on K580
Are you connecting two servers to the DS2405 for high-availability?
It would be possible to use the DS2405 for 2 different servers, you would just have to be careful how you set up the volumes, so that both servers would not be using the same disks. If you are trying to create a SAN type solution, then the only way to go would be the VA7000 series.
HTH,
-Josh

Re: ds2405 on K580
Are you working with the ds2405. I have the same requirement and want to be sure about the operation of this configuration.
