error 3004 on D 230 server

Dear sirs,
we are getting an error of fault 3004 on console from a D-230 server.please guide me to find the problem

From the D series manual:
Chassis code 3xxx (except
30FF)
Processor Dependent Hardware
(PDH).
1. Replace Processor/Memory Card.
2. Replace System/Core I/O Card.
3. If the problem persists, call the
Response Center.
