ERROR: System Crash. No DUMP Configured. Server rp3410

I have a server rp3410 with an raid controller 160 and I configured a raid 5 with 3 physical disk. I began an installation of the OS and the procedure is Normal. The system request me the 3 cds and when the system reboot and try to boot of controller first time it show error of SYSTEM CRASH and NO DUMP CONFIGURED. Se attachment

I have firmware 44.20 and pdc revision 1

Have you configured sufficient the swap space at the time of filesystem creation ?
