GSP not displaying ability to change term type in ca command

Hi all,
I have read many threads about the ability to change the terminal type in the GSP on an N4000. I have been trying with no success to do so on our system. I have hit return at the login prompts with no luck and even created a user with Administrator access level with no luck.

All I am able to change is the baud rate and the flow control, no term type.

Does anyone have any suggestions or am I just clueless?
