GSP problem

Hi,

I am trying to access GSP by using internet explorer. I am not getting the Sercice processor login screen. I am attaching what i get. When i use a physical console i get the service processor login screen. What should i do to get the login from browser.

From what I recall from this, you can't have the console plugged in at the same time.

Is the web console configured in the system?
Shall you let us know the System model and firmware version.

The secure webconsole used to be an additional unit in the earlier N,L,A class systems.

You need to configure this device with the IP address by first connecting it to a PC.

You also need to configure/enable Webconsole from GSP using LC.

Only then will the webconsole be functional. If you are expecting it to be a plug and play, its not.
