GSp reset on Superdoms

We need to reset GSP on a Superdome, It will be great if some one can share the info, how to reset GSP on superdome using GSP command.

Thanks Sajay,

But I already tried "stty +resetGSP < /dev/GSPdiag1 " option but it was not working. I think there may be some difference in superdoms GSP,

any chance ?

Hello,

As far as I know, the stty way to reset GSP is not unsupported and doesn't work any more due to new patch bundles.

I guess you need to reset the GSP using the hard way. I never worked on Superdomes, but on smaller machines like L-Class and N-Class, you have to access GSP by typing CTRL-B on the console, then type XD and r .

Errata... stty way to reset GSP is not SUPPORTED.

I think I need to to a Hard reset, coz I'm unable to find XD option on my GSP

The SuperDome does have an XD command under GSP. You do have to know where to find it, and have Admin or Operator authority.

It is under the Command Menu (cm),
System and Access Config Commands. Here is a SuperDome doc on the topic:
