HP Compaq d220 Celeron to P4 upgrade

HP Compaq d220 Celeron to P4 upgrade

I have a HP Compaq D220 of the Celeron 2.4GHz processor and would like to upgrade to a Pentium 4 2.8GHz processor. I notice that this model came with either processor and the parts manual shows both processors.
Can I just swap processors or do I need to do something else.
