This is probably a zoning issue. The EMC fibre channel port (and fibre switch port if used) must be zoned to present all drives needed to the WWN (World Wide Name) of your 5158 FC cards. So have you storage people or EMC if they zoned it to check the zoning & LUN security.

It has to be checked on the array and/or switch themselves. We have a storage team that admins these so I've never had to do it. The arrays all have laptops in them to do so & I believe you access switches through their console ports.

un-masking from a symmetrix is a completely different method and is more complex depending on the tools being used.
