it complains on fan faliure but i open the box and LED's were fine with fans any views on this ?

your logs are mixed with the logon message due to wrong TERM settings.
Logon to the GSP and run "PS" to check your fan status.
You should see something like this
Power supplies | Fan

i also facing the same problem. in my GSP its showing the one of the fan id=s failed but physically i can see all the fans are working fine.after a period of time server getting down. please if anybody faced same problem please share

switch the fans with other slots and check whether the issue is due to a fan failure.
