HPE 3000 968LX stuck at Initialize Volume Management

Hi all,

First time poster, so my apologies if this is in the wrong place.

I have an old HPE 3000 968LX server that I need to get back online to recover some data from. It was functioning perfectly up until a power outage a few months ago. Now when I try to boot, it gets to Initialize volume management and mount the System Disk and doesn't move past that, even if I leave it alone for days. 

Any suggestions on fixing this so I can boot up this old server would be greatly appreciated!

That might be a bit too recent. This server is from the late 80s/early 90s and runs HP Easytime/iX as the OS.
