Re: HPUX L1000-44 SERVER NOT BOOTING

HI,
and welcome to the forums !
It means what it says, the machine can not start as the power supply is undervoltage.

Please see this thread:
http://docs.hp.com/en/rp24xx_Update/ch01s02.html

Otherwise:
Have you added any hardware to the machine, which may be drawing extra current and/or check the power-supply.

Re: HPUX L1000-44 SERVER NOT BOOTING

Rahul,

Has this server ever booted before now? have you made any changes recently?

at first glance it appears that a power supply is failed:
http://docs.hp.com/en/A5191-96018/ch06s03.html
But the SOURCE ID should be '00','01', or '02', not 'FF'. You may have a power monitor or processor support module failure as well.

Re: HPUX L1000-44 SERVER NOT BOOTING

It's a Power cable problem or It might be a Power supply problem connect the working power cable and try to power on if not it's a power supply issue.

Re: HPUX L1000-44 SERVER NOT BOOTING

Hi all
sorry for the delay in replying

It was the problem with the Power converter unit into which all the three SMPS are connected . I replaced it & server is up now
