One suggestion regarding if the hardware not creating problem.

Configure it in a WinXP or 98 with Dialup networing and confirm if its working fine , then you can go ahead with troubleshooting.

Hi, still experiencing the same problem. Went through all setting. After resetting the modem the TR light goes out after 30 seconds. Any suggestions??
