Hello,
while trying to execute the "search" command from the PDC there is the following message on the terminal:
Search terminated.
but while trying to boot with "bo 10/0.5.0" command everything is ok.
Is it trouble with system board or with terminal?
Thank you,
Serhiy.

Solution
Check your terminal settings first. Make sure that the AUTOLF or AUTO carriage return (or something similar) is truned OFF on your terminal. After you submit the search command, it will ternminate if you pass the terminate key signal.
If this doesn't work, check your cables, SCSI IDs and hardware devices.

Re: K370, PDC -> SEArch
Hi,
bear in mind that pressing 'any' key will terminate the "search" sesssion. it is pretty liekly that while typing the command, anotehr character is passed on to the console, and thus terminating the 'sea' immediate after starting it. Check the terminal and console settings...It's is VERY unlikely any HW defect.
(I have experienced this problem before..)
Regards.
