Solution(As far as my knowledge, Orange LED won't affect system)

You need to login to MP and check for console logs ( CL ) and error logs 9 (SL).
Unless those logs shows some serious failures which can't be recoverable, simpley reading i.e. nothing but acknowledging the erros will make the LED green.
In your case power supply failures should have been logged and you need to read those logs/events to clear the attention situation.

sameer is correct. login to the MP (control b) and read the logs here.
type
sl for show logs
e for error
n to setup filter
read the first 6-10 logs and the led will go.
The system should still boot though providing the power problem has been rectified
