Problem with a 979/KS400

This morning the server 979 with 4 processor crash with Mpe 7.0 PP1. When I rebooted I got the following error.
Cpu 0 Ok
Cpu 1 stopped:NonResponding
Cpu 2 stopped:NonResponding
Cpu 3 stopped:NonResponding

So I thinking that thoses 3 cpu are dead. So decided to redo reboot just to see.
And now it's showing
Cpu 0 stopped:NonResponding
Cpu 1 stopped:NonResponding
Cpu 2 OK
Cpu 3 OK

At this point, I am thinking it's the motherboard. Because what are the chance all the 3 cpu would die at the same time.
We are currently not supported with HP for that server
Does anyone know a diagnostic tool I could run offline to test the CPU and the motherboard ?

Look at the PIM areas; they gave a lot informations on CPUs.

From the BCH (Boot menu), select SERVICE then PIM.
