The new fibre card will have a new WWN, so you will need to rezone the new WWN in your SAN, remove the old one, and do the same in the Host panel in Command View so that the EVA associates this new WWN to your server.
There might be a way to flash the old WWN on the replacement card but I've never seen an HP tech offer me to do this and I've had plenty of cards changed.

Once the zoning on the switch is confirmed.
Log in to Command View and review the Old HBA WWN for that host and add the new WWN
