HPMC: High Priority Machine Check.

There is some hardware problem in your system which caused this reboot.

Has your system booted back? Check if it senses all the processors and memory.

You might need to contact HP support personals.

Re: Reboot after panic (rp5470 11.11)

This error (Alert level 7) just says that the server did have a High Priority Machine Check (HPMC) and alone won't be enough to troubleshoot. It just acknowledges it happened. A Tombstone file "TS99" was hopefully generated when the system attempted a reboot. That would be a good place to start. Gather that file in an email and call HP Support. If the OS didn't come back then the same info can be obtained from main menu >BCH>SER>PIM. From BCH>, aka main menu, you could check INfo and verify all CPUs are "installed and configured". If you can't boot past POST to BCH then try from GSP menu (press Ctrl-B) you can check CPUs with >SS and power with >PS. An HPMC can occur for a number of reasons. But the tombstone is the best place to start. Good Luck!
