whether A9739B(32-DIMM memory carrier board) supports with A7135A (Dual 1.0 GHZ PA 8800) processor.

Base 4440 systems come with one dual core PA8800 1 GHz CPU. For this configuration you must select one memory carrier board with at least one quad of memory
Memories should installed as quads and each quad must consists of equal density of DIMMs
Quads like 4*256 MB 4*512MB.....4*4GB

I suspect problem is because of compatibility issue with the 32 slot memory carrier board.

Arrange DIMMs so that the quads with the largest capacity are in the lowest numbered slots.
