RP 4440 POWER STATUS IS FAULT

I have a serever rp 4440 with hp-ux 11.23, by monitoring the server status from the MP, it indivates that the power status is fault although the server is up and running.

can you help me to find a solution to this issue.

Connect to MP

then type CM
then type PS

capture all output and submit here

Shalom,

I'd use the SL (show logs) option in the GSP/MP (now iLo) card.

This will let you read the faults and clear the VSP on the system.

I believe the rp4440 has dual pwr supplies. It may be the case that only 1 of them is faulty, and would need to be replaced. As was recommended, please post the output of the cm:ps command.

Put the MP/GSP system event log:

MP> cm
MP:CM> sl ------> press "D"
MP:CM> ps
